Chain Fee Generation
Daily Fee Generation – Crypto markets pulled back this week, with Ethereum down nearly 9% and Solana losing around 10% over the past seven days. As a result, network fee volumes remained relatively muted. While there was a brief uptick on October 5, the move was short-lived. The exception was TRON, which recorded a significant spike on the same day, lifting daily fee generation to around $1.5M.

Blob Gas Usage - There were significant spikes in Hourly Average Excess Blob Gas on October 2, 5, and 8, each surpassing 80M. Since the beginning of the month, average blob gas usage has even exceeded 900k, highlighting the sustained increase in Ethereum L2 data roll-up activity.

Beacon Chain - ETH staked on the Beacon Chain has remained steady at around 36M since July 2025.
